OrbitQube FormaLabs is the learning platform OrbitQube built and runs for its own live cohort programmes: scheduling, checkout, trainer revenue share and before-and-after outcome measurement, in one place. A school, a training company or an internal Learning and Development team can run what it actually sells on it.
The problem it solves.
Running a live cohort programme end to end usually means stitching together several tools, with no real way to know whether the programme changed anything for the people who took it. OrbitQube FormaLabs brings those into one platform, and it carries the scars of running our own programmes on it: the awkward parts, like what a delegate sees when their employer has already paid, are settled because we had to settle them.
How It Is Delivered
One platform, three ways to deliver a programme.
One rule decides whether a programme is a commercial one, and every part of the product asks that same rule. A programme that has not declared how it is delivered is treated as private.
Delivered to an organisation
A programme an organisation has arranged for its people, where a delegate has nothing to buy.
- No price, no Enrol button and no discount code anywhere a delegate can reach
- A sponsor sees group movement at group level and no individual scores
The delegate reads: "This programme is provided by your organisation. There is nothing to pay."
One-to-one engagement

What it does not cover.
It runs the facilitated room a live session needs, and video conferencing and streaming stay outside it. It is a learning platform, so a marketing site or an online store is work for something else.
